The Touch & Go function is disabled by default due to concerns about accidental touches or triggering during transit.
When you want to open/close the curtains by gently pulling or asking your pet to help you, just turn on the Touch & Go function in the OTER APP, and the curtains will be automatically opened or closed with a gentle pull:
